The Cx1 Indoor is a pink or “rose” hue which is designed to better enhance red colours for people with protan colour blindness. Specifically, people with Protan colour blindness experience red colours as darker and less vivid, which is corrected by this lens design. Thus the current lens colour of the Cx1 Indoor lens is an integral aspect of its function for providing assistance to protan-type colour vision deficiency.
